MOVR Warranty Policy
This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions for warranty service and after-sales support for products purchased from MOVR. Please carefully review the following guidelines to understand the scope of your warranty coverage.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
To initiate a warranty service request for a MOVR product, please ensure you provide the following:
- Warranty card (if applicable)
- Original MOVR store invoice or proof of purchase
- The complete product packaging, including the original box and all accompanying accessories
Warranty service will be exclusively provided for products exhibiting manufacturing defects. Please note that this warranty does not cover products that have sustained physical damage due to misuse, accidents, or other external factors.
In the event of a valid warranty claim, a replacement will be offered, subject to the availability of the product in MOVR's current inventory. If the specific product is no longer available, a refund for the original purchase price will be issued.
MOVR's dedicated service team is committed to providing you with timely updates. You can expect to receive an initial assessment of your warranty claim within 5 working days from the date we receive the product. Should the resolution of the issue extend beyond this timeframe, we will proceed with either a replacement or a refund, ensuring that all warranty matters are fully resolved within 15 working days from the receipt of the product.
Warranty Policy for Specific Products
Smartwatch - Warranty Policy
Warranty applicable for:
- Unresponsive display touch
- Visible marks or display issues
- Device does not vibrate due to hardware issues
- Device does not power on
Warranty not applicable for:
- Broken casing or strap
- Deep scratches, cracks, or damaged pixels on the display
- Charging port damage due to external impact
- Water damage beyond the mentioned parameters
- Fire damage
- Charging port damage from excessive voltage chargers
- Missing warranty card, store invoice, or accessories
Wireless Headphone/Earbuds - Warranty Policy
Warranty applicable for:
- Battery backup issues (50% less than specified)
- Device not powering on
- Bluetooth pairing issues
- Sound issues or one side not working
- Button or touch function failure
- Microphone issues during calls
Warranty not applicable for:
- Battery backup equal to or more than 50% of the specified time
- Broken or rusted charging port or jack pins
- Broken casing or water/fire damage
- Damage from excessive voltage chargers
- Missing warranty card, store invoice, or accessories
Charger - Warranty Policy
Warranty applicable for:
- No power supply
- No connection
- Intermittent connection
- Device connects but does not charge
Warranty not applicable for:
- Broken or rusted pins in the port or jack
- No connection due to physical damage
- Broken casing or water/fire damage
- Damage caused by load-shedding or high voltage
- Charging port damage from excessive voltage chargers
- Missing warranty card, store invoice, or accessories
Power Bank - Warranty Policy
Warranty applicable for:
- Input port issues
- Non-functioning output ports
- Normal output delivering less than 0.8A or fast-charging delivering less than 1.5A
- Button malfunction
- Torchlight malfunction (if applicable)
Warranty not applicable for:
- Normal output delivering 0.8A or more, fast-charging 1.5A or more
- Excessive charging beyond expected performance
- Broken or rusted pins or broken casing
- Water/fire damage, or improper charging port use
- Missing warranty card, store invoice, or accessories
Speaker - Warranty Policy
Warranty applicable for:
- Backup issue (less than 50% of the stated backup time)
- No power
- Bluetooth pairing issues
- Device connects but no sound
- Button malfunction or distorted sound
Warranty not applicable for:
- Backup equal to or more than 50% of the stated time
- Broken casing, rusted ports, water/fire damage
- Charging port issues due to improper voltage use
- Missing warranty card, store invoice, or accessories
Data Cable - Warranty Policy
Warranty applicable for:
- No connection
- Intermittent connection
- Connects but does not charge
Warranty not applicable for:
- Broken or rusted pins
- Physical damage or cut cables
- Water/fire damage
- Failure to submit warranty card, store invoice, or product box
Authenticity Check
To verify the authenticity of the product, check for the MOVR hologram-marked sticker on the packaging.
