Return, Exchange/Replacement, Cancel & Refund Policy
Techtime offers a simple four-step process for returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth experience.
Step 1: Initiate Return, Exchange/Replacement & Refund Request
To begin the return process, you need to formally initiate a return request. This can be done conveniently via our customer service at 09609006006 or support@movr.store.
Step 2: Send the Product(s) to the MOVR Designated Address
Once your return request is approved, you will be notified and provided with the appropriate address for the return shipment. The address may vary depending on the product type, and sometimes the product is returned directly to the vendor’s warehouse.
Please repack the product(s) in the original manufacturer's packaging, including all original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and any free gifts that came with the order. Ensure the package is securely sealed to avoid damage during transit.
Step 3: Inspection & Feedback from the MOVR Authority
Once MOVR receives the returned product(s), our designated quality control team will inspect the returned items to verify the reported issue and assess whether the product meets the conditions for return.
Based on the inspection, MOVR will determine whether the product qualifies for an exchange, replacement, or refund, and the corresponding action will be processed accordingly.
Step 4: Get Exchange, Replacement, or Refund
Upon approval, MOVR will proceed with the requested resolution:
- Exchange: If an exchange for a different size, color, or a similar product is approved, we will ship the new item to your original shipping address.
- Replacement: If a replacement for the same product (due to defect or damage) is approved, we will ship the replacement item to your original shipping address.
- Refund: If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, and you will be notified once the refund is initiated.
Conditions and Eligibility for Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Please review the following conditions for eligibility:
- Products must be returned in their original, undamaged condition with all packaging and accessories included.
- Return requests must be made within the return period specified in our policy.
- If the product is damaged due to misuse or negligence, the return/exchange will not be accepted.
- Clearance or sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Delivery Charges for Return, Cancellation, and Replacement
Customers are responsible for the delivery charges related to returns, cancellations, or replacements, unless the return is due to a product defect or error.
