৬. পণ্যের উপস্থাপনা

যদিও আমরা সঠিক পণ্যের উপস্থাপনার জন্য সচেষ্ট, ডিসপ্লে সেটিংসের ভিন্নতার কারণে MOVR গ্যারান্টি দেয় না যে পণ্যের অনলাইন চেহারা শারীরিক পণ্যের সাথে হুবহু মিলবে।

৭. অর্ডার বাতিলকরণ

আমাদের গ্রাহক পরিষেবা যখন নিশ্চিতকরণের জন্য আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করবে তখন আপনি আপনার অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারেন। একবার নিশ্চিত হয়ে গেলে, বাতিলকরণ আর সম্ভব নয়।

৮. মূল্য নির্ধারণ এবং মূল্য সমন্বয়

আপনার অর্ডারের সময় পণ্যের যে মূল্য ছিল, ডেলিভারির আগে দাম পরিবর্তিত হলেও তা বহাল থাকবে। MOVR পূর্ব அறிவி ছাড়াই দাম পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার রাখে।

৯. প্রযোজ্য আইন

এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত হবে এবং ঢাকা আদালতের এখতিয়ারে বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি হবে।
